In an effort to empower local youth with practical skills and promote self-employment, PAANI has organized a Bakery Training Program for young individuals residing in Chandragiri Municipality. This initiative aims to provide hands-on training in professional baking, coupled with entrepreneurship guidance, creating a direct pathway to income generation and self-reliance.

Why Bakery Training?
The food and bakery industry in Nepal is growing rapidly, with rising demand for quality baked goods in both urban and semi-urban areas. Despite this opportunity, many young individuals in Chandragiri face unemployment and lack the skills needed to enter the job market or start their own ventures.

Over the past year, similar programs have enabled dozens of young people across Kathmandu Valley to establish successful bakery outlets or secure jobs in cafes and hotels. This project seeks to replicate and scale that success within Chandragiri.
