Bhav Narayan Jha (Secretary)

Bhav Narayan Jha holds a Master’s degree in Agriculture from the University of Hohenheim, Germany, and brings over a decade of experience in agriculture, climate-smart practices, and community development. He has dedicated his career to improving rural livelihoods, strengthening climate resilience, and advancing sustainable and inclusive development for vulnerable farming communities in Nepal.

As Co-founder and Secretary of People’s Access to Adequate Natural Infrastructures (PAANI), Bhav plays a key role in strategic leadership, project design, partnerships, and donor engagement. He specializes in integrated, nature-based solutions that link climate resilience with sustainable agriculture, livelihoods, education, and health, with a strong focus on empowering women, youth, and persons with disabilities.

Alongside his voluntary leadership at PAANI, Bhav is actively engaged in international collaboration and knowledge exchange, including voluntary engagement with German development organizations such as weltweit – Gesellschaft zur Förderung lokaler Initiativen e. V. He is deeply committed to translating global best practices into locally grounded, sustainable action that creates lasting impact in Nepal.
